Dood Brenger formed in the temple, its form twisting and writhing until finally it was in the form of a female monk. It moved forward until it spotted Tei Kaze. It went up to him and began to speak with him. "Tell me, why did your people not fight as they could have during the war?"

Tei Kaze	Well this was interesting. A woman he'd never seen walked up to him and immediately asked a political question. He wasn't a very suspicious person, so he responded as best he could, "Well, we didn't feel the need to break years of pacifist tradition in order to defend a kingdom we did not necessarily agree with. I suppose if we had been pushed, we might have joined, and we did send a small group of airbenders to help. Of course, we accepted Earth Kingdom defense for our home, but that isn't a cause to go to war. Now, why do you ask?" Tei folded his arms, interested in where this conversation was going.

"I was just wondering if you'd like a chance at power." Dood remarked. It went up to Tei, "If you want power, just shake my hand. Just shake, a poor sinner's hand."

Tei Kaze	Tei was pretty relaxed, and he decided it couldn't hurt either way. Either he got power, or he didn't, and he seriously doubted this woman could do anything anyway. So he took the hand, and gave it a strong handshake. He was surprised though to feel real power flowing into his body. He felt even tougher than he was before, like he could blast a hole in a volcano. He felt a lot younger too, and his old age seemed to fade from his face. "How did you-?" He didn't finish the sentence, his amazement was too great.

"Yeeeeesssss." Dood hissed menacingly. Its body began to twist and morph and turn into its most favored form. Its twenty arms were fiddling with anything in the room that they could find. "All you have to do, is attack the Fire Nation. Or else all of the power, and then some, will be taken away from you."

Tei Kaze	Tei realized his great mistake. He'd dealt with a spirit, and they had their own agendas. But he felt good, really good, and he was not ready to lose this kind of power. Especially the menacing, "...and then some." He thought it over and pictured the scenario. Could his people defeat the Fire Nation, and how could he get them to fight? He'd have to frame the Fire Nation for some horrible event if he wanted to get his people mobilized."I-I'll do it." He still felt much more powerful, but he felt defeated in his mind. He'd have to get the Earth Kingdom or Water Tribes to help, there was no way his small population could destroy a nation that large.
