Robin and The Hood

Ryuu Takeshi	It was Ryuu’s first time in Zulera City. He didn’t like it…too crowded, too noisy. But he had a job to do, and so he suffered through it. The reason Ryuu was here was business of course, otherwise he wouldn’t be caught dead in this “Industrial Hell” as he called it. He received a summons from a client he had helped many times before; little did he know that this client was in fact the Crime Lord Maya. She had made a promise to set robin a meeting with Ryuu, and she always delivered on her promises. Ryuu had been instructed to make his way to an abandoned warehouse near the Zulera City and had no idea what was in store. He arrived on time for once, eager to get out of the city as fast as possible. The warehouse was empty and he stood alone in the dark, his hood covering his face. “You called?” he said loudly, his words echoing across the large, empty room. “Here I am! Who do you want me to kill this time?”

Robin Miyamoto	In the dimness of the shadows, a small flame appeared, and moments later, its owner came into view, lightly illuminating the beautiful white-haired woman who had produced said flame. "You must be Ryuu Takeshi..." she said sweetly, shaking her hip not only to look alluring, but also to make the bag of coins on said hip (under her large coat) jingle. She knew that this man loved money. "I have but a simple request for you, friend." she cooed, "I have heard from a very reliable source that you know of something I seek." she was going to cut right to the chase, but didn't want to jump in too quickly. "so tell me... what do you know of the Amulet of Tsun? Or rather... what do you know about those guarding it..." She didn't think he would just tell her, but she would offer her bargaining chips in a moment. She knew this game and knew it well.

Ryuu Takeshi	Ruu threw his arms down and head back in defeat. “Gaaah! What’s the point of this damn hood if everybody knows who I am beneath it?!” he said in a disappointed voice. When Robin jingled the bag of gold under her coat he stopped his sulking immediately. She had his attention. He listened to her question and frowned. He couldn’t help but feel something familiar about this woman, but he couldn’t quite place his finger on it. Something in his heart however as warning him about her, and it wasn’t long before he remembered Xilingshi’s warning. “Sorry Miss,” he said flatly, taking a moment to look her up, “I’m not into jewellery.”

Robin Miyamoto	Robin chuckled. "oh don't be silly, friend." she cooed, "this is not just a piece of jewelery... this is a historic artifact that my family and I have been hunting for and attempting to research for generations. It's not at all about the money... although... if you know anything about it..." she reached into her cleavage, producing a gold coin, which she played with between her fingers. "the jingle-jangle on my hips is not just jewelery... and it can belong to you if you know of what I seek..." The more you tell..." she dropped the bag of coins onto the table, purposely letting some coins spill out. "...the more the bag can spill." she winked. She definitely owed Maya a favor for that one (but they had already organized that deal). Hopefully NOW, he would take the bait.

Ryuu Takeshi	Ryuu’s eyes followed the movement of Robin’s hips as she jingled the coin she had hidden away. It was music to Ryuu’s ears, but he could also still hear Xilingshi’s warning ringing out. “I erm...I still can’t tell you about that...” stuttered Ryuu in a disappointed tone. However, when Robin tossed the coin bag onto the table Ryuu immediately interrupted himself with a: “Holy shit!” He reached for a coin and put it between his teeth, and sure enough it was genuine. “How many more bags of coins are we talking...” whispered Ryuu, “give me another ten like these and I’ll tell you exactly where the Amulet is...hell...I’d even draw a map. I just have one condition. Xilingshi is not to be harmed, nor are the Tekina Kaze defenders who will give their lives to stop you. Shouldn’t be too hard considering it will be a simple theft job right?”

Robin Miyamoto	Robin grinned. It was time to haggle, and while she was not necessarily in the business market, she knew at least a few tricks. "Well... for that many more I think that I should be able to do what I want..." she cooed, "I'll give you five... six if the map is pretty--and then I will assure you that no Tekina-Kaze, or their leader, are harmed. There's no point in getting all aggressive and killing people, anyways..." Really, if 10 bags of gold would be what it'd take, she'd do it, but if he was going to make terms, she was going to haggle them. It was nothing personal; just good business. As she waited for him to make up his mind, she swayed her hips to let that jingle-jangle fill his ears again. She knew that money was his weakness, and would take advantage of that if she could.

Ryuu Takeshi	Ryuu grinned at the white haired woman and thrust his hand out towards her, ”deal! Six bags it is!” Immediately, Ryuu pulled out a map that he carried with him and marked the exact location of the Amulet. “I guess if nobody's getting hurt, then a little thievery isn’t really going to matter.” Ryuu proceeded to hand Robin the map before quickly recoiling his arm, pulling back. “You know there is still one problem. The Tekina-Kaze and my girlfriend...they won’t just let you walk in and take the amulet you know, and even if you get past them, you will still have to deal with that freak of nature Tulkas...I would be more than happy to help you get past them for say...another six bags of gold?”

Robin Miyamoto	"Aye," Robin gave a genuinely sweet smile, "Ideally no one will get hurt, and I will honestly work to the best of my ability to ensure that." Obviously there could be mistakes or errors, but all in all, Robin was actually being completely honest here. "Tulkas... Tulkas..." Robin put her fingers to her chin. the giant of a man? the beast of a brawler? That Tulkas?" she didn't suspect she'd need to bribe Ryuu for a yes or no question on that one. "I think I know how to handle him. I know an offer he cannot refuse..." If the legends of that man were true, then he could not shy away from a good challenge, and she was well-aware that little Isikiro was considered to be a world-famous brawler (as well as earthbender and lavabender, but that was not what Robin wanted). "Thank you for your services, my friend." she smiled. "unless you feel like there is more I should know or become aware of? If not... I'm sure I will require your assistance in the future..." she jingled her hips as a reminder.

Ryuu Takeshi	Ryuu was honestly surprised that Robin knew about Tulkas, he had only just returned from years of isolation and the Air Temples were very cut off from the rest of the world. He shrugged, a bit disappointed that his six gold bags worth of information wasn’t necessary. “Just be careful with Tulkas, as muc as I hate admitting it, I’ve never seen anyone fight like he does...and he enjoys it...a lot!” As Ryuu spoke he had already begun counting his coins, when Robin mentioned requiring his services in the future he immediately looked up. “Anytime, I am an assassin remember! One of the best too. You know... like if you want people dead...yeah. I’m your man.”

Robin Miyamoto	Robin smiled. "aye... I know just the woman to bring his way..." not for any alluring reasons (although Isi was fairly cute), but because her fists were supposedly as legendary as Tulkas', and that would make for an epic brawl. "she'd enjoy it too, really." She gave Ryuu a sweet smile and a wink as a follow-up. "I will definitely keep that in mind." she promised. "in the meantime... don't spend all that new gold in one place..." it would also be good for her to get Ryuu's mind off of what she might be scheming, and more onto the money that he had just received. It was just one of many ways Robin took attention off of herself.

Ryuu Takeshi	“Are you kidding?!” laughed Ryuu as he pocketed his gold, “there is a beautiful Yacht for sale in Zulera City with my name on it! You know... like the one the billionaire Izanagi owns? Besides I hardly done any work for this paycheck. So you bet your pretty little ass I am going to cash it in for something awesome.” With that Ryuu blasted off with a burst of air, disappearing into the shadows without as much as a trace.

Robin Miyamoto	Robin's laugh was actually rather light-hearted and jovial, and Ryuu would be able to hear it as he spoke. His greed and excitement were music to her ears, and so she knew that he would come in handy later. But, just his sudden and hilarious reaction was... well, hilarious. "Very well." she chortled, calming back down, "your money, your rules, after all." She didn't really care what he spent it on--as long as the hunger for money brought him back to Robin sooner or later with more juicy information that she might need or want. Robin was soon alone, with how quickly Ryuu had blasted off, and so with a shrug and a smirk, she went home. It had been a profitable day.
