Personality: Jian is kind, polite, considerate, generous, and most of all accepting. If you’re not a lowlife piece of filth however, because if you happen to be a criminal of any sort he is immediately hostile. Without so much as a warning he would attempt to cut you down combining water bending with master swordsmanship. He is merely a man on a path, to destroy all the filth in this world.

Abilities: Jian is a master Swordsman and combines it with water bending. It would seem that the man actually doesn’t know how to water bend without the aid of his sword. He is self taught and in a way he doesn’t water bend without it. He chooses not to and prefers to at all times. The sheath of his weapon is actually lined with water. So when he makes his first attack, he is able to slice with a deadly blade of ice extending and amplifying his attack.

Appearance:


History: Jian was born in the southern water tribe to loving parents. His father was a stickler for the rules and laws. His mother was as well, and so it was only natural that their only son carry on their sense of justice and fighting skills. The boy from an early age how to handle a sword, it was not known he was even a bender until the age of 11 when in a sparring match with his father he impaled him on a sharp spike of ice outside their humble igloo.

And so the son killed the father on accident and was forced to live with the guilt. His mother who was wrought with grief left one night last seen on a canoe floating into the fast current seemingly on purpose that would eventually lead her to an ice pack where she may crash and die. The boy now 14 was taken in by the tribe and raised as a bender. While his bending skills were unique in the way that he preferred to use a katana as a tool to amplify his skill. He struggled without it and lost interest very quickly. Also Jian seemed to be repeatedly getting into fights with bullies and thieves of his own age and even older. His excuses were always that he should atone for the crime of killing his father; the best way to do such a thing would be to stop all the evil in this world.

And so he kept this mentality before being released from his blending master at 16, he left the tribe to wander and help the world at all possible turns. He took his first intentional life in the earth kingdom of some poor mugger in Ba sing se. The man was found cleaved clean in two drained of blood and left in the alley. From that day forth Jian was a man on a serious mission, Eradicate evil, aid the innocent, and never turn your back on people who need you. For almost 7 more years he roamed brining us to his story from this day forth, after countless bodies and countless lives changed by him and his sword, will he retire and seek a passive role. Or grow stronger and slaughter all evil??
