Bender Battle Tournaments

Heya ya'll,

Kaji had an awesome idea to hold Bender Battle Tournaments in an Arena in the Fire Nation Capital. OOC all credit goes to him for this awesome idea!!

IC, the Tournaments were initially started after The War of Tipped Scales to entertain Fire Nation citizens and tourists. Shula funds each competitor equally, and ensures that the Tournaments will become instilled into the Fire Nation way of life.

There are different types of Tournaments:

~Weaponry: Usually for nonbenders or weak ones, although benders are welcomed to compete here. Teams, one on one, and free for all are all done in this, although weapons are usually dulled to prevent accidental deaths--unless they're to the death, of course.

~Hand-to-Hand: Again, these are usually for nonbenders or weak ones, but of course benders are welcome to compete here if they swear not to use their abilities. Teams, one on one, and free for alls are all done here.

~The Survival Match: In this tournament, you will test your survival skills against other contestants. Think of it like the Hunger Games, but you won't be killing each other--you'll be proving how well you can survive completely on your own. This will be judged on a basis of points for categories such as shelter-building, hunting and gathering, and tool making; more will likely be added in at a later date. (Credit for this goes to Yuhi.)

~One on One Bending Matches: These are between just two people; their bending can be the same or different, skill level equal or not.

~Two on Two Bending Matches: These are between four people; bending and skill level can vary.

~Three on Three or More Bending Matches: These are obviously between teams of three or more; again, bending and skill level can vary.

~Free For All Bending Matches: Obviously, as many people who want to join in are welcome here, and all are against each other; temporary alliances are common to "pick off the weaker ones" and provide for a better show.

If you guys have any thoughts, or some better names for these different types of matches, please post them. Open to any and all thoughts; the arena should be up in a few weeks and we'll see if we can get a few championship teams to go at it first, yeah? :3

Since everyone else sucks and doesn't want to join a Survival game (>>), I'm open for wherever there are free slots in Weaponry/Two-on-two/Three on Three.
