I cannot, in mere words, fully elaborate the joy that your household has brought to me. For almost seven years to the date, the welcoming blaze of your estate has been my home, and I have had the glory of earning your care and reward. The circles you have introduced me into will surely be invaluable to me in later years, particularly in this time of our great Nation's upheaval - likewise, I will never forget the skills that you have imparted upon me. It is with nothing but deference, then, to the gifts you both have given me that I may add Alumni of the Royal Academy for Girls to that short - but prodigious! - list of marque. I would have spoken to her briefly regarding this esteemed position, but found myself stymied first by a meeting with the then-Fire Lord, and secondly by her return to natural facilities in Fire Fountain City; I have to means to travel there, thus have no means by which to attract her to my purpose. Allow me to assure you, my strong-hearted patrons, that she is the best-kept secret of Fire Fountain and famed in intellectual circles as the brightest of the bright. Kindly allow me to pursue her in the manner of private instruction, and I will carry the name you have generously bestowed upon me to greatness.

We find ourselves gracious in reception of your thanks, acknowledging that you are precise in every detail. It remains our pleasure to accommodate Barzha's youth, particularly when said youth is so much more prestigious and mindful than the mother in question.

It is in the face of that mindfulness that your request troubles us. You may be proficient in combat, but your manner is still hopelessly boorish at times. Combat, contrary to what you may have been taught in that squalid village, will do nothing to help you gain a profitable husband here in the Crater City. It is manners - diction - etiquette - poise that will help in that, and those are the areas in which you lack.

Your Grandmother, precious be her tones, takes this moment to remind me that firebending is a reputable skill for any Fire Nation citizen. I cannot refute her logic. Per your letter, it occurs to us that it would be foolish to squander the possibility of prodigy - however unlikely that is to exist.

We will have a messenger seek out this Madam Mozello. In the meantime, you will find yourself a suitable private tutor from the Academy. There are several successful upperclassmen to be dealt with, and you will not leave your education without a proper method of making up for the skills you still sorely suffer.
