Royalty List

I was suggesting maybe a royalty list should be available, so if anybody wishes to be a leader, they should apply through pm. It'll make the roleplay a little easier so they know who's the leader, so they can defend or attack that persons Nation.

I've seen Shula's Royalty Member post and that's good! I'd suggest making a list like that for each Nation, for example a Water Tribe one I thought of.
