Tamiyo Mawas	The huge Masquerade Hall was certainly a wonder to behold. The main room itself was huge and lavishly decorated, due largely to the work and money that Tamiyo had inputted into the project. Alone one side of the room was a large bar, which was completely open to all guests, free of charge. The time was just before eight, but already people were queuing outside, eager to gain entry into the most exclusive event of the year. Tamiyo stood at the far end of the hall near to a set of double doors that led onto the terrace, sipping from a glass in her hand. Even with all of the beauty in the room, Tamiyo stood out as particularly elegant. Her dress was black with little in the way of embellishment, but it perfectly hugged her curves and flowed right down to her feet, with a slit running all the way to her upper thigh. A pair of shiny black heels was her chosen footwear, pushing her height up quite a few inches. Her hair was loose as usual, but was held partially in place by the mask that was upon her face. The mask itself was not dissimilar to her dress – plain black, without many frills. She let out a sigh and walked over to the bar, placing her now empty glass down upon it and nodding at the man behind it. ”Is everything still in order?” she asked as another drink was placed in front of her. “Yes Ma’am. Everything is proceeding as planned.” ”Good. I want tonight to be perfect.”

Robin Miyamoto	It was fairly easy for Robin to stand out among the crowds--the navy blue dress with the silver lining made her head and hands stand out, and her long white hair that trailed behind her did stand as a smooth and delightful contrast to the sea of velvety dark blues that were her dress. Of course, she too wore a mask--a simple but prominent thing that matched her outfit of blue and silver with a light streak of gold here and there. It did an effective job at covering most of her eyes as well, but it wasn't like there was anything unique about them. they were firebender eyes. There was no real way to distinguish them as the eyes of Shizuka Farro. for now though, Robin was just going to watch. She knew that some of her old friends and acquaintances would either show up soon, or were already here. So... for the time being, she took to a corner with a drink in hand, and watched.

Li	"Why couldn't Tony do this?" Was something Li muttered aloud, referring to Anthony. "She would be better for this kind of thing, being able to look like anything she wanted. But, if the boss wants me, the boss wants me." He reasoned. He was dressed up really rather fancy, a mask set perfectly to his face fit snugly, and didn't inhibit his eyesight. His outfit didn't stand out, but was he supposed to? No. Although how he took dances and his personality could separate him from every other man in the building. Apparently, although almost none knew, this ball was being put on by Tamiyo, another Mob Boss in Zulera City. He was to find out why this was being put on, and enjoy himself if needed. Another pleasure the boss was giving him. He entered without a fuss, and soon was wooing a few ladies with his impeccable charisma. Soon, he would have to slip away and investigate for any clues. Already he had everything that could be seen from inside the ballroom mapped out carefully in his mind, knowing every detail.

Kei	Parties. They were fun, solely in the fact that it meant free food. Food that was usually out of Kei's price range which he could now buffet upon, all the way until the point his stomach is about to burst. But even then, you don't stop. No stomach meant that you would never be full, you would never have to stop eating the super expensive yet amazing food. Of course this would be to fatal to the Human body but nonetheless, it was nice to imagine the freedom of no stomach. Truly it was curse, the restrictions of a human stomach that is. Despite this, Kei took what he had and made an effort to go to the ball with every intention of going all out on the food. What he didn't make an effort on however is his apparel. Afterall, he would reason with himself, why dress out when all I'm going to do is eat? It's not like I came here to dance. I'm far to old for some fairy tale love story to happen. Well, actually that was not all too it. Kei knew Tamiyo was hosting this party and that other mob bosses were coming as well. Tamiyo had wanted him to do reconnaissance and some other stuff, but honestly, food had priority over this. Sure, he'll go talk these other people, but after the food. This thought in mind, Kei arrived in his usual Black Trench coat outfit. All his weapons remained concealed other then his wooden katana which the guards didn't stop him for because it didn't seem menacing. He got strange looks, but Kei paid no attention to them as he was far more interested in the food. But in the end, it wouldn't mattered how weird Kei appeared, after all, Zulera City was full of weirdos.

Isikiro Sherazi Anazalrok	For Isikiro, life in Zulera City was almost a typical rags-to-riches story, except that her "rags" phase was more in the Earth Kingdom and in Ba Sing Se before she ascended to a higher wealth class. Now that she was in Zulera City, where new buildings were being designed and put up all over, her business was booming, given her solid work practices, and honest ethics. ISA Construction was a flourishing and wealthy company, and it was rumored that its owner had an enormous stash of money somewhere--which was actually true. Isikiro had no clue what to do with so much cash, considering that she had been dirt poor most of her life, and thus had spent only minimal money on anything. Of course, she, like any business owner, knew of the mob bosses, but was careful not to let her company fall into their hands. There were plenty of them that escaped their influence, but hers was currently the largest unaffiliated company that she knew of--and she planned to keep it that way. She'd sooner teach the secrets of lavabending to people than let her company--nay, her lifetime dream and accomplishment--get hijacked by some two-bit two-timers. But, she felt it'd be proper to dress up for this party and show her face now that shew as a major player in Zulera City. So, donning a simple but elegant black conservative dress and an ornate mask to cover her face and match her curls, Isi showed up at the party as well, glancing around to see if there was anyone she recognized. She saw a couple of the bosses already present, and plenty of people she did not know--but instead of worrying about them, she headed to the bar to grab herself a drink.

Tamiyo Mawas	As the crowds milled into the hall, Tamiyo couldn’t help but smile. Several of the people nodded to her and she answered with her own nod, glancing at all the people as they made their way around the hall, talking to the people behind the masks. Fortunately for the woman, she was skilled at recognising people’s bodies, and as such she could take educated guesses at most of the occupants of the room. One of the woman standing alone in a corner grabbed her attention, and Tamiyo looked her up and down slowly. The long white hair gave her away instantly as Robin, and the hostess glanced momentarily at one of her men that stood next to the door. She tilted her head slightly in Robin’s direction, and the guard nodded. Tamiyo placed her glass upon the bar and turned with a twirl, walking over to a large staircase at the far end of the hall. She climbed several of the stairs, glancing around at the collected citizens of Zulera City that danced and drank to their heart’s content. She looked at Kei for but a second before turning her attention to the room at large. The people grew quiet as she waved her arm, and she smiled widely. ”Welcome, Ladies and Gentlemen, to Zulera City’s first Masquerade Ball! I would like to thank you all for coming along tonight, and hope you have an entrancing evening. Our sponsors this evening are Mawas Finance, and they have supplied an open bar for all to enjoy. Without further ado, let me present tonight’s entertainment – the Aplomb Armadillo Bears! I hope all of you little birds enjoy their music!” The crowd clapped as a curtain split apart at the side of the hall, revealing a stage upon which a band stood. The singer moved forwards to a microphone before the musicians behind him started to play a slow song. The singer began to croon gently as Tamiyo stepped down the stairs, her heels clicking loudly against the steps as she did so. Once she reached the bottom, she walked over to the bar and picked up her drink, glancing around the room once more to judge the reaction of the people.

Robin Miyamoto	Robin's observance mostly paid attention to the way people spoke, walked, and handled themselves. She recognized the host immediately, especially as she spoke, although the way she walked and carried herself were also giveaways. She was fairly certain that at each of the mob bosses would have some kind of presence here; it was imply a matter of picking them out. Granted, it wasn't like she was a terribly huge mystery either. The white hair was the biggest giveaway, and the fact that she didn't do anything to conceal it was part of her stand-out charm. With it, the mask, and the dress, Robin's appearance was overall fairly exotic, but even through the pair of triad-slits that formed her mask's eyeholes, she could still see everything. She noticed Tamiyo's reaction to seeing her--and was pretty sure even that their eyes had met behind their masks. Robin did not move or react apart form her yellow eyes subtly darting in the direction the golden-haired woman's face turned. Part of her almost started to think that this would be like those storybook parties, where halfway through the lights would go out, there would be mass panic, and at least three people would end up dead on injured or something. Not that she had any pans like that. She did have a few people ready to cut power if she gave the signal, but frankly... she would much rather party. A day of rest from the scheming wouldn't hurt, but she wasn't sure the others agreed with her on that, and so she watched her back. When the music began to play, Robin finished her drink and began dancing to the rhythm with a certain elegance in her step, and a click of the glittery black heels she had strapped to her feet. as she danced and twirled, her eyes once again scored the room, mentally noting the locations of various individuals--just in case.
