Changes in Staff, etc

Anyone who has been here over the last couple of weeks may (or may not) have noticed staffing changes that have recently taken place.

Whatever the case, congratulations to Nokomi/Shula, who is now our new Administrator, and to Tarek, who has filled in the new Moderator postion.

(and late congrats to Daichi Takumi for also becoming a moderator.)
