Sorry, but even though The Legend of Korra allows a certain family line to bloodbend at any time, we only allow Full Moon bloodbending here. This is to prevent unwanted character control and honestly, it's rather overpowered. I don't know what my fellow mods will say, but I'm gonna reject until proper changes are made.
