Personality: [Word Count: 352 ]
Alone: Tarrlok like fishing, who the hell doesn't like fishing. He'll either train, dance or fish when he's bored. Other times he'll 'people watch', which basically involves sitting on a bench somewhere, watching people go to and fro doing their daily duties. Arguing, talking, fighting, etc. He also will draw pictures of people if he realizes they'll be sitting or standing for a long enough time.
With Others(Strangers or Aquaintances): He doesn't mind small talk with aquaintances. Weather, day-to-day feelings, problems. But if they start trying to delve into his life, he tends to be a little unfcomfortable about it, mostly because he doesn't view them as friends, but just a passer by who you'll say 'hi' to if you pass on the road or something like that. So he'll typically try to derail any attempt for a person he doesn't know well from getting involved in his personal life.
With Others(Significant): Tarrlok is typically open with these people, though he can also come off as annoying when he does go off about himself. He simply enjoys telling about his life, and how much he's done so far. He's also exceptionally kind to these people, doing is upmost to make sure they're feeling comfortable and happy before trying to talk about himself, or ask any questions about what they've been up to. He's a bit of an unoffical therapist to these people.
Happy: It’s not unusual for Tarrlok to become quite the conversationalist when he’s happy. He’s actually more likely to chat with someone if he’s in a good mood.
Sad: Reclusive. He typically hides away from people, avoiding conversation until the mood blows over. Unless of course it’s something he would prefer to get off his chest, he doesn’t like feeling stress or regret if he can help it.
Casual: Tarrlok doesn’t mind a drink every now and again, and he isn’t one to be opposed to getting drunk either, depending on present company.
Business: Tarrlok can be quite serious, despite his relaxed demeanor, he can flip to a completely different side of his personality in an instant if it’s warranted.
Abilities: [Word Count: 252]
Though he was not born gifted as a waterbender, Tarrlok always had a knack for Hand-To-Hand combat. His personalized style of the fundamental water stance relies heavily on smooth flowing, dance like steps, and a natural ability to turn one’s enemy’s strength against themselves. He also enjoyed the practical use of simple movement to avoid attacks, hence the reason he typically removes himself from fights unscathed, hard to hit someone who refuses to stand still and simply punch each other until one of them collapses.
Then again, surely all of the trouble he went to in an attempt to avoid fighting in the first place should also be merited. He typically tried talking things out, smoothing the edges with words before attempting to pound them out of someone.
His second option, if his opponent proves a gifted, is his well-practiced and developed Waterbending, capable of a multitude of attacks ranging from a simple Water manipulation to the advanced Water Vortex. [See below for complete list.]
Mastered Techniques: Water Manipulation, Snowbending, Water Whip, Water Jet, Wave, Water Bullet, Water Wall/Shield, Water Temperature Manipulation, Water Pressure Manipulation, Iceberg Spike, Ice Claws, Ice Spear, Ice Creeper, Ice Shield, Ice Disk, Breath of Ice, Ice Knife, Water Cloak, Water Filtering, Water Pinwheel, Water Boxing, Bubble, Multiple Water Whips, Water Vortex, Octopus Form, Ice Dome, Ice Floor, Ice Prison, Ice Tunneling, Maelstrom, Mass Freeze, Ice Ramp, Razor Rings, and Ice Daggers.

Appearance: Tarrlok is well built, and typically smiles at even the sourest of souls. He also has a tendency to have a naturally light step due to his practice dancing, and moving his body in sync with itself.
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 181.15lbs
Eyes: Light Blue
Hair: Brown, tied up in braids, reaches his shoulders.
Skin: Waterbender(Medium Tint)
[Word Count: 244]
Tarrlok has a well-defined, though not disgustingly terrifying muscle structure, with brown hair and a demeanor of absolute calm and happiness. He is typically pretty cheerful, always happy to see people. He looks like common man from the Northern Water Tribe, nothing really special about his appearance. Aside from the fact he typically dresses formally, wearing nicer clothes as if fearing he needed them. He has a tendency to like his hands to be busy, which is why he took to sketching, it gave him something to do, and it kept his hands busy. He carries a notebook on him at all times, as well as a pack of assorted pens, and pencils.
He rarely has his hair down, but, when it is down, one might say it was his best quality. It hung down his back, and got into his face at times. He usually had this happen if he goes to parties, in his opinion, what was the point of going to a party that has booze if you were not willing to get drunk? He also doesn’t have anything against getting undressed, in fact, he’s been known to dance naked if he has had enough to drink. Not that he was proud of that, in fact, it had gotten him into trouble a few times.
He usually wears some kind of smile, sly, wise, and simply happy. It didn’t really matter the situation, he liked to be happy, simple as that.

Childhood [0-10]:
Tarrlok was born into the more noble side of the Northern Water Tribe, with their ‘arranged marriages’ and their rules. He was only five when he first started to detect that these people were snobs, better left to each other’s devices. He honestly found he hated most of them, all so quick to judge, he could still remember when they said he was destined to be a failure. He experienced the worst side of Water Tribe culture, their opinionated comments about how inappropriate this was or how unusual that was. He had, once or twice, found himself attracted to their daughters, even at such a young age, he knew he liked girls.
He had tried to talk to them, only to find that their parents taught them that his was lesser to them, taught them that they needed a ‘perfect’ husband, and that they, their parents, would find him for them. It was a great surprise, being as young as he was, to find that people taught their children such behavior was acceptable. He found himself separated from his own people, having parents who were of lesser nobility; he found that they too, were shunned, not because they were rude or cruel or anything like that, but because they weren’t as solidified a noble bloodline. It pained him to know that, though they’d made progress, very little in the way accepting others, at least, from his point of view.
Puberty [11-21]
Despite the ignorance of his childhood, Tarrlok’s years growing into a man were easy, flowed like a river downhill. The reason for that was the fact that he started to look like he does now, allowing his hair to grow out, and his physique coming in. His body became a symbol for what women wanted, but he didn't spend his time chasing them as many other boys did. He preferred the pursuit of his talent, Waterbending. His only teacher was himself during this time, spending his nights alone in the wildest parts of the North, breaking the wills of animals that would have once turned him into their prey.
Wolves were a favorite target, due to their usual hostility towards humans. His Waterbending remained his primary form of torture, alongside hand-to-hand fighting, for these animals, blasting, freezing and then thawing them only to repeat the process again. It was unusual for him to be missing for days, though his parents weren't worried, knowing he was a capable young man. Though there were occasions when he wished his parents did care when he was gone, he had little control over their reactions.
The wolves hardly ever had a chance of escaping his icy grip, as the prairie-like flat land formed by years of wind and snow gave them few places to hide. He would have admitted he enjoyed having control of someone else at that age, however, as he grew older, he regretted his actions and the way he treated animals weaker than himself.
Adulthood [21-30]:
In the years after his mastery of Waterbending, Tarrlok turned his attention fully upon dance. He decided on the approach of taking classes, both in Fire, Water, Earth, and Air stances, as well as on actual dance. His form and prowess were impeccable, especially when it came to making smooth, water-like movements, flowing with his partner in elaborate, awe inspiring movements. His hands usually travelled over her body in an increasingly heated dance until finally reaching a sexy climax, usually holding the woman around the waist, leaning her back with a smile on his face. Ten years he practiced, ten years, and then he opened his own dance studio, all dedicated to teaching people how to dance like a master. Needless to say, most of his students come back occasionally for practice, always learning something new whenever they arrive.
Recent Years [31-Now]:
Recently, Tarrlok has picked up on a few hobbies; dance-sculpting is one of them, where he dances around on a platform, sculpting a figure out of ice as he does so, usually matching a person to the smallest detail. He can also be found out in the ice fields, fishing, another hobby he picked up to help pass the time during the day. Most of the recent years of his life were spent teaching new students or sculpting for people, usually for weddings and the like.

**Required**Explanation to why you believe you can use a faceclaimed or named character without drawing too much inspiration from the show and why you believe your character is different from the face it uses.Explanation as to why your character is different: Though he has the same name, Tarrlok is not ulteriorly violent compared to his canon counterpart. He's an easy-going, spread the love kind of guy who loves having a good time. He also has tendency to be more along the lover side of the lover or fighter spectrum, especially considering his talent as a Waterbender. He regrets almost all of his mistakes and wishes he could undo them, etc. There are obviously many differences, and I'm too lazy to name them all.
