Kaji Vs Yuhi

Kaji was dressed in his dark red and black training gear practicing some movement's before his opponent arrived. Today seemed like a good day to do some dueling as he was starting to feel rusty. The field was vacant nothing was around him except a dirt ground two tree's and the sounds of bird's. He had trained for many year's in the art of Firebending, his opponent had better be good if they were going to beat him.

Yuhi Tategami	Yuhi Tategami, otherwise known as Yuhi of the Sunset, was preparing for a spar. Why? She needed to get better; this much was true. But honestly, she was bored. All of her marks had either hired more security or were picked over. So she had nothing to do in this rat's nest of a town. So, this man had issued a challenged to her. And she had accepted; her skill needed honing, this much was true, and this man claimed to be an expert fire bender; this would be an excellent chance to put her rather ... select skill set to use. And so it was that the short stature of the woman came in, her back facing the sun, her long, silky black hair falling to her shoulders and covering her eyes. She stared at her opponent, an eyebrow raised incredulously; not that he would be able to see it, as he would be facing the sun. Her arms were crossed under her breasts, the weathered brown of the leather tunics showing off rather impressive assets for one her size. "You are my opponent? I suppose we should introduce ourselves. I am Yuhi Tategami, Yuhi of the Sunset to some." Her voice was like a shard of ice, sharp and cold. Her eyes - as blue as a sapphire frozen in ice, at once cold and warm - bored into him, as if stripping him of his every layer, leaving his very consciousness exposed and bare. "Shall we get started?" Deftly, she tied her hair back with a brown strip of leather; one it, in gold and bronze stitch, was a crescent moon overlapping a bronze sun. She settled into a soft crouch, her hand trailing down her side, touching the Belt of the Eastern Star, a beautiful belt - delicate looking - that was reminiscent of the night sky. Her left hand rested on the hilt of a dagger, beautifully silver, a black stone resting in the black gold hilt. Her right lowered to her thigh, where their hung a short sword, just as beautifully decorated in bronze and gold as the dagger was in silver and black. On the stone set in the hilts, there was a symbol, easily recognizable; on the dagger was a silver crescent moon, and on the sword was a golden sun.

He stopped stretching and and raised his eyes up at the arrival of his opponent. He looked at her and wanted to laugh but kept himself together as she asked him if he were her opponent. ''Yes I am your opponent. My name is Kaji'' he spat out with almost not emotion. He kept his arms behind his back stepping towards her just a little before narrowing his eyes down at her dagger on her side. For her size she was pretty well built which could be a factor in their battle. He brought both his arm's up from around his back and raised his right hand that was balled in a fist in front of him, keeping his other hand around his back and took his traditional Wing Chun stance. Normally when he would do spar's he would try to use his Northern Shaolin martial arts form but looking at her he would use his simple Wing Chun style.

He did not want to waste anymore time as sunset was getting near. He could feel the fire coursing through his vein's, he felt anger and power. He turned his hip's bringing his elbow's to pinch his side's. He bent his knee's and pressed his weight forward and dashed at her creating small dust clouds to form up behind him. He extended his right fist then his left one after another creating burning blue fireball's to dash at her head and chest. With a sweeping motion of his right leg he created a powerful blue fire arc in thin air that would dash down at her feet hopefully to take her off balance if she dodged his first attacks.

Yuhi Tategami	She inclined her head to her ... rather rude opponent. He seemed to wish to start off right away; this was fine by her. As his fist arced forward, she took a step forward, her hand reaching down to the Northern Moon - the dagger by her hilt - and pulled it out of it's elaborate silver sheath, slicing upwards in one motion; if his fist didn't move, the tendons in his arm would be severed. While she was slashing, her right hand came down and unsheathed the Southern Sun, the short sword on her thigh, and sliced towards his gut, aiming to gut him. Should he not move - which would interrupt his entire combo - he would be gutted, and lose all feeling in his left hand. After his reaction, he jumped backwards, farther than what her small frame would initially suggest. Her blue eyes, flashing like a winter storm, narrowed in his direction. "You're irritatingly brash."

He looked pretty shocked but was not surprised by her antic's. He turned his hip's pulling back his right fist just seconds before her dagger sliced his hand. -Close one- Just in time he managed to use a Wing Chun block to block downward's and stop her arm in a simple block. He jumped backward's through the air coming to a landing on the ground with his knee's bent.'' Impressive.'' He went back in for the attack once again.

He swung his arm's rapidly while moving his hip's in place around his head creating large Blue fire arc's to begin to form in a circle like motion. He spun around all the way leaping off from the ground a little then faced her again knee's bent unleashing a coursing hot fire arc from the side's of his hands throwing it at her chest. Just seconds after he pressed his weight forward outstretching both his arm's backwards keeping his fist balled. He conjured a a huge amount of flame from his fist and propelled himself forward at a high speed towards her. With the flame following his fist he made a quick turn to his left spinning around her in a a circle as the flame caught to the ground and surrounded them. While still moving around her he started sending long stream's of flame from his right and left fist at her sides.
