Why not add a spirit world?

I just got inspiration to come up with the idea of having a special template for spirits.

Also lets add the opptunity to become one of the older spirits.

I'd rather not allow people to create Spirit characters, that could cause trouble. Spirits are really powerful, for example that one face stealing one. Since there is no bending in the Spirit World, each spirit will have to have his own way of.. doing something.

Also, the Spirit World is almost impossible to visit for a regular person. It will just remain empty, or perhaps there will be a single post from the Avatar. I might as well not create it at all.

I guess that makes sense.
