Calm Waters {Open}

As the Empire Class Fleet had arrived at the Northern Water Tribe bay, he had the batallion stay behind and only his Ship docked at the shore. He saw a Water Tribe soldier look at him fearfully, he spoke to the soldier "Don't worry, I haven't come here to attack your nation, only to speak with your Chiefess Kyoko, I believe the Earth Kingdom might attack this nation, lead me to Kyoko"

As the fire bender led him through the gigantic city of the Northern Water Tribe, two water benders decided to launch a surprise attack on him, they were behind him and bended the water so that they became chains on his arms, Novai inhaled and his hands evaporated the chains, then he spun around and used lightning to knock the first soldier away, and then jumped in the air and threw a flame kick at the second kick. Landing on his feet he took off his shirt revealing his intense muscular build and showing his scar, and breathed fire into the sky, to show he was here. the soldier looked at him stunned
"Right this way...sirr....."

While in the medium-sized ship of the Earth Kingdom, Zeph and his friends were getting ready to get off. They slipped on heir clothes and light armor. Then they went to the outside deck of the ship and watched the icy walls close as they entered them. After years, he had finally returned to his home tribe.
Zeph, Saphira, and Leon quickly deported the ship and walked onto the rough ice. "So where do you think your friend is, Zeph?" asked Leon. Zeph replied "Not sure, but I'll bet I can make a guess." The three kept walking and headed towards the great temple of ice and water.

As Novai's glance rested on Kyoko she greeted him with proper respect ''Welcome to my Tribe, Fire Lord Novai, may I ask why you have come?", Novai looking back at the bodies of the guards looked back at her and replied "I just wanted to come and reinforce your security at the Northern Tribe, I have news that Earth King Lei might attack up here as well, further more, I wanted to know if it was okay for my battalion to stay outside the city walls and engage Lei if he trys to attack."

As Novai gave his response he looked back at the harbor he had come from, a Earth Kingdom boat had just arrived, he looked suspiciously at the people who were walking from it, however one he knew, Zephyr..what was he doing here?

To his own surprise, Zeph looked ahead at Firelord Novai and the Chieftess. He stood in awe for a moment and then walked towards them, Leon and Saphira followed. He came closer to Novai and as he approached he spoke "Greetings, my lord. What brings you here to the Northern Water Tribe.". He finished speaking and then Leon spoke disrespectfully "I suppose its for political crud again, ugh"

Novai followed Kyoko inside, he caught a few glimpses at her guards but they did nothing. As Novai sat down in the meeting room. Kyoko spoke first ''So about this planned attack on my tribe, I shall grant you access to the tribe, you may place your men anywhere around the tribe. I shall call my best benders also to guard the gate''. Novai responded "I dont know when or how, but Lei has something in his mind, he destroyed the Southern Water Tribes village brutally and may come and attack here anytime, as for placing my troops inside your city, I believe that the troops and the people should not mesh, whereas if they do then there will be alot of turbulance and the people might attack the soldiers"
